Flip Video Camera products are eligible for Complimentary Assisted Support for 1 year. Assisted Support includes technical phone support and live chat.
For customers that have issues that are not covered by our warranty or that are outside their warranty period, Cisco will continue to provide support for a nominal fee until 12/31/2013. Online Support will also continue to be complimentary and available until 12/31/2013.

Prior to sending your product in for warranty replacement, you must first troubleshoot the device with a Flip Video Support Technician. If the technician determines that your product is defective, you will receive a Case Identification Number (case id) which is required to create your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) order.
